Rehearsal Schedule: 13

Our latest production

For both Pontardawe and Swansea classes

Rehearsals will take place during our regular class times with the following additions:

  • Thurs March 18th, May 6th/13th & June 10th
    Cockett 2 will need to attend West X 2 class at St Davids School West X from 5:30-7pm.
  • March 20th, May 8th/15th, June 12th
    Ponti 2 will need to stay in Drama until 12.30pm.
  • Saturday March 27th
    9:30-5:30pm Cockett 2, West X 2, Ponti 2 & PYTheatre @ Ponti Arts Centre with packed lunch and snacks
  • Sunday May 16th
    9:45am–4pm Named Roles Only @ Cockett Community Centre (next to St Peter’s Church on Cockett Road)
  • Saturday June 19th
    1:45pm – 6pm All students from both casts @ Either Ponti Arts Centre or at the Arts Wing at The Grand (I will confirm nearer the time)
  • Saturday June 26th
    (please note there will be no 11am class in Ponti today)
    All students from both casts @ The Arts Wing @ The Grand 1:45–6pm
  • Saturday July 3rd
    Dress Reh @ Ponti Arts Centre 9 – 12:30pm All Ponti cast and named roles.
  • Sunday July 11th
    9:45am–1pm Full Dress Rehearsal for All Swansea cast and named roles @ Cockett. 1-4pm Band Call named roles in both casts only @ Cockett

Production Week – All the following will take place at The Arts Wing of The Grand

  • Monday July 12th
    Swansea cast to arrive @ 4pm for Full Tec/Dress Reh – pick up 9:30pm. Ponti Cast to arrive @ 5:30–9:30pm to watch the Swansea casts rehearsal
  • Tues July 13th/Wed July 14th
    Swansea Cast perform 13 arrive @ 5pm
  • Thursday July 15th
    Ponti Cast to arrive @ 4pm for full Tec/Dress Reh – pick up 9:30pm
  • Friday July 16th /Sat July 17th
    Ponti Cast perform 13 arrive @ 5pm

* Please be aware that extra performances may take place for both casts depending on ticket sales – these will be on Saturday 17th July at 10.30am for Swansea Cast and 2:30pm for Ponti Cast.

If you are auditioning for a lead role in either cast then you will be expected to attend other classes that are also involved in 13 for dialogue rehearsals. Please do not continue with the lead role auditions if you are not available on Saturday mornings 11-12.30pm (Ponti), Wednesday evenings from 6-7.30 (Cockett) and Thursday evenings from 5.30 – 7pm (St Davids School – West X). This will not necessarily be every week but you will need to be available at these stated times if a rehearsal is called.
