London Weekend: Sister Act

CATS have arranged a 2 day tour to London departing Saturday 17th April 2010. There are limited seats available for this trip and it will be on a first come first served basis. The details are as follows…

Day 1: Saturday 17th April 2010

Depart approx 06:00hrs from Pontardawe to London to arrive by approx 12:00hrs, there will be some free time for shopping/sightseeing before we check into our hotel. At approx 18:00hrs the coach will transfer the group one way to the theatre for the evening performance of Sister Act. The hotel is approx 15 minutes walk from the theatre or 2 x tube stops away, after the show we will be making our own way back to the hotel.

Day 2: Sunday 18th April 2010

Depart after breakfast and travel home via Spital Field Market. We will leave the Market at approx 16:00hrs and arrive back in Pontardawe by approx 21:00hrs.

Price: £148.00 per person sharing twin/double room

Price includes: Top Price Tickets for the Saturday Evening performance of Sister Act (Face value of £65.00 each). 1 Night Bed & English Breakfast at the Thistle Hotel Marble Arch and return Executive coach travel.

The hotel has mainly twin/double rooms, it will be very difficult to guarantee that we can obtain a triple room or adjoining Twin/Double rooms. Therefore, it is best to book in multiples of two.

All children aged 16 years or under must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The hotel will insist on a ratio of 1 Adult:1 Child 15 years or under. Anyone who has reached their 16th birthday can share with another 16 year old, however, you must have an appointed adult responsible for you to be able to travel. Every child aged 15 years or under will require 1 adult to accompany them.

Should you wish to travel then you will need to contact Shirley Martin on 01792 851569 between 09:00hrs and 15:00hrs Monday – Friday and you will be required to send in a deposit of £70 per person as soon as possible. Although Shirley will make a note of those who have expressed an interest your seat cannot be guaranteed until your payment has been received. Cheques will need to be made payable to Veolia Transport.
