Godspell is written by one of the favourite composers of CATS – Stephen Schwartz who also wrote Wicked and our much loved Children of Eden.
In keeping with his passion for musicals based around a religious theme, Godspell tells the story of Jesus and His Disciples – but we at CATS are bringing this 70’s musical up to the present day – asking the question if Jesus had been alive today – what if any differences to his story, would there have been?
All the original songs are there including Day by Day, Prepare Ye the Way of The Lord and Turn Back Oh Man! This 90 strong cast will wow you with their talent and enthusiasm for this brilliantly composed show!
Tickets for Godspell and 13 will be available from the Grand Theatre Box office in March.
